Hello,
Is there a way to view log files of changes that have been made on the 4760. I.e. the person who made the changes and what changes have been made during a specified time period?

Re: Log files
You need the Audit module of OV. I think this is available from R5.1 (not sure though).

Re: Log files
Hi jbower,
You can validate this on the license file; Audit module requires a license.
In addition, it provides statistics and detailed information about management performed in OXE (MAO action); not changes made in OmniVista 4760.

Re: Log files
There are two types of Audit information in 4760 audit application from R5.0
1) OXE audit
2) 4760 Audit
OXE Audit contains
1) System information
Commands executed on the OXE system(Ex: pwd, ls etc).
2) MAO information
Operations performed in MAO, ie Mgr(Ex: Object Class(Ex: subscriber) create/update/delete etc)
4760 Audit:
In First step, the accounting and report application start and stop are captured and can be viewed through audit application.
