CSTA event is not indicate

Hi~~

Our recording developer indicated when IP touch 4038 EE is directory number , CSTA event is catch.

but when agent login by touch phone, CSTA event is not catch.

because, when alcatel phone directory status, recording server can catch by phone directory, but when agent login recording program is not catch by phone directory

only agent number.

so I want know. Can I change the function by mgr ? or not configuration ?

pls answer the question.

Tell your developer to do his homework, will you?

so.

1. directory no : 1001 agent No : 2001
2. record server monitoring directory no until not agent login.
3. and when agent login, recording server monitoring agent no not directory no.

I want know How do i change the when agent login monitoring agent -> directory ?
