hi guys

i have a AU vurtual that is with a callers menu at a clinic that says " welcome to clininc ...." , on special occasions we would like to have a message that says
" please note that we are not talking any emergencies today then the normal message (welcome to clinic ) comes on !!.... is there an easy way to do this

The way that I can think at the moment is to have a 'new' Transfer mailbox in front of your type 31. You would have to point the DDI / entity to the new transfer mailbox. This is a manual thing. Remember to point the transfer mailbox to the type 31. As a after thought you could set the entity to automatically switch as long as it was the same day. Hope this helps trihard
