GW SIP
I have a PBX OXE R9.0 @ ip main cpu 192.168.1.3, GD 192.168.1.4, @ip sip gatway 85.118.45.95, connected to an external sip gateway, I can make outgoing calls, but we do not just join the outside, below the captures, thank you:

Perhaps the issue for incoming call is that IP@172.16.171.115 is not defined in any SIP external GW.
Exerpt from our trace: "1319024654 -> [CGwServAuthenticate::isAuthenticable] 172.16.171.115 is NOT the domain from an External Gateway."
The OXE will map the FROM domain to an external GW to find out what SIP trunkgroup (defined in external GW),will be used for the DDI transcoding (decode 0033179978740 to ex. user 8740).
Another way to do this (depending of release in OXE), is to set the parameter SYSTEM - GO DOWN - OTHER - SIP PARAMETERS - Via Header Inbound call Routing = TRUE.
Then you need to create an external GW with the IP@ from any of the VIA headers, IF all incoming calls will pass the same route and have the same VIA headers..
If there is no match found, the call will be sent to the main SIP trunkgroup, where you perhaps do not have DDI transcoding.
