Advanced call routing

Post by wizzy »

I have a problem with ACR. I have created pilots, waiting rooms,p. groups, agents and skills and I have also installed an OPS that activares the ACR.

The problem is that acr pilos and waiting rooms are blocked although agents are logged on to the pr. group and they are available. It is not a rule or distribution issue.

The release of the system is 6 enterprise.

Anyone to assist ?

Hi, do you have a script applied to the pilto to apply ISM etc?

The ACR doc is in the standard (CCD) area of the tech docs these days.

Also there are some R&D trace tools available for afe/alb type events

Even if I added a script on the scr pilot or creating a statistics pilot to overflow on the acr pilot it doesn't work.

Does the configuration need specified steps of configuration ?

The solution is found from a friend. In release 6.0, ACR is not activated due to a software problem.

First you must erase the file /usr3/afe/.iniald ( you can find with ls -a ) and then kill the alb process. The process will be reloaded after the kill and the ACR will be activated
