Licenses for Call logger

Hello:

I am doing the integration (Oxe side) between a NICE perform express 3.0.12 and an OXE R8.0 with IP Dr-Link for for call logger. Our Presales gave me new OPS with licenses 130 (1) and 334(25). I did all the configuration and installed the Tsapi server. NICE support told me they get only the voice recordings and the extension number, but they need the calling/called party external number too. They also showed me the following log:

Do we need any other license in order to accomplish this?

There is an Troubleshooting Guide for this. Already checked?
Have you tested with the cstatst32.exe-Test-Tool?
Lock 130: the value must be set to “1” for Nice Systems
Lock 334: maximum concurrent IP devices recorded
=> Ok in your case.
The Parameter "DR-Link on IP supported" is set?
