where can I found new Firmware-Update-Informations for AOS?

if you're a Alcatel-Business-Partner than you can download it there with your account to the Business Partner Portal. Otherwise you have to contact a Partner / Distributor.

2 questions...
First Question
I´m an ACSE OXO, is that enough to get an Alcatel-Lucent bussines partner ?

and the second question...
I have a CPU-1 and it doesn´t recognize any 4019, 4029, 4039. I was told to upgrade the cpu to another release... I have searched. on the bussines portal/client service/software download, but I can´t see anything about the cpu and releases, could someone explain a bit deeper the way to a release from the Bussines Portal ??

I think you are wrong in this topic - AOS stands for Alcatel operating system - the software of the Alcatel OmniSwitche. You'r looking for OXo-software.... (this is voice). If you are ACSE Oxo and have access to BP than your company should be a bussines partner. As ACSE you should know your actual release of the oxo (it not depents of the hardware of the cpu) and you should also know the compatibiblity matrix of the releases to hardware (such as 4019...4039). The update to a newer release is not for free. Actuall you can only buy update to R8 - and this needs new hardware (power cpu).

I didn't knew that the only update that I can dois to the last release, 8.1. I thought that I could upgrade the systems to 7.1 with the same cpu-1.
Too bad, the contract of the project states that I have to put the money to upgrade the system.

you can update within your main release for free. If you have 7.x the it's possible to go to 7.1.
