display problem on 4028 IP phones

Some times display of 4028 IP phones becomes blank,whereas there is no problem between the conversation at that time.after rebooting the phone it becomes ok.We have replaced the IP phone.even We have changed the network switch port,but the problem is existing.The problem is happening after 15-20 days.

What is the problem,pls. help me

is the latest patch installed on your system? What is your release?
