4059 ip problem

Good afternoon to you all, assistance is required with regards to the following

I have a 4059 IP swichboad that i connected and it worked in march2010.Customer now has changed its IP adressing and we had to change all our IP adresses, now the Associated set(also IP) comes up but the 4059 application is fails to connect.Have changed the IP address in the setup tool, tried to restart PABX, PC.The error i get when i request for more info is the following
error A1-M0-S1 and time
Applic: SBC Session
Msg: Not_Used
Status: L3OPEN, l2 protocol init failed
The onle change done on system is change from range 192.168.1.0 to 192.168.15.0.
Before it was working and connecting now its not.

Thanks Guys,
Resolved the problem by deleting the attended and uninstalling 4059 software then recreating and reloading 4059.

I have same error
but i dont know alcatel command line to do it, if you can help me by command line detail

Hi,
I have the similar error: except i get

Applic: <No Session>
Msg: Not_Used
Status: L3OPEN,end of open timeout

Any help would be appreciated.
