BlackBerry 9360 + MyIC

Hello there,

anybody using BB 9360 and MyIC?

We are having serious trouble with this device and the MyIC Client. It won´t install on the phone. Absolutly nothing happens when applying the Software via BES.
With the BB9300 everything works fine.

Any ideas?

Is that on the white list?? If not then don't expect it to work.
Also be sure firmware is the same as requested on documentation.
