PRI calling party name display configuration

Need some advice on configuring a PRI to pass Calling Party Name display. The PRI from CO has CPName as a FACILITY message and it will show on a local 4068 phone OK. If I route the call to another (outgoing) PRI to another switch I don't get the CPNname (no FACILITY message) I do get the Calling Party Number (in the SETUP message). How can I enable the CPName to be passed to the outgoing PRI.

I don't think you can send the CPName from the PBX, unless if you are using ISDN. And even that I am not sure. Your INCOMING PRI does the work for you:

When your 1st PRI sends you a call, the CO sends you the name with it.
When you route the call to another PRI, the 2nd PRI CO will send the name to the CALLED party. You are in the middle, and all you do is forward a phone number.

Can someone else confirm ?
