Polycom SSIP 6000 CONFERENCE problem with OmniPCX 4400

Hi All

I am new member in this forum, so excuse me if i technically say something wrong.

I have Polycom SoundStation IP 6000 and Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX 4400. i have a conference problem from polycom.

I've tested following

1)When i call to city number and then try to conference to mobile phone it's ok.

2)When i call to abroad and conference to mobile phone, polycom says that there is no such extension number(but this is my mobile phone and it EXsists)

3)When i call to mobile phone and then try to conference to another mobile phone same problem.

Can anyone help me? if it is needed i will attach my polycom configuration if anyone requests that.

i think that there is alcatel problem in digit 9 cause when i try to conferece to second participant it realizes number 9 not as a external gateway but as participant number

Show us the traces: both SIP traces and public trunk traces for each scenario.

What do you mean in trace?

do you mean which PBX stations does the traffic go from Polycom and Public Trunk?

If you mean that i would love to send you that trace but i don't know how tu use it to log trace traffic(Could you tell or send documentation? :? ).In working hours would it
cause heavy load of PBX?

System Documentation is available on this forum.
You need to use traced command for tracing SIP messages and t3 tool to trace ISDN trunk.
