Transferring calls on iPhone with MyIC

I have My IC version 3.2 running on my iPhone. It works well but I have some questions. Is it possible when on a call which has been received from an internal user, to then transfer that call internally? For example, a user in my office calls me using my internal extension, 22386. It rings on my iPhone and I take the call. I then want to transfer that call to another user in the office. How would I do that? Also, whenever a call is received on the iPhone from the PCX the iPhone displays the main number of the site. I realize that the PCX is making an external call over the PSTN but is there any way for the iPhone to display who is calling other than just displaying the main number? PCX is running i1.605.29 and ICS server is running release 6.5.
