OXO -IP Metering

I have never activated IP metering on an OXO, but only worked on the serial output on a 4093.

1. How do you activate IP metering on the PABX?
2. The OHL drivers, how do you test, where do the files reside on the hard disk?
3. Any other handy hints?

hi

you have to go on metering and enable metering on ethernet.Then you have to intall the OHL driver and sync with the pbx with the password for ftp transfer of the files.The file are in an xml format.Then with external aplication you can manage the tickets.Unless you have 4760 in that case you have different configuration.

Hi Chaps...

I'm trying to move onto IP from serial too. I have enabled this in the phone system & configured TIM but I cant seem to find the OLD anywhere to download?
Is this something that we need to purchase?
