Trunk line transfer

Hi,

we can transfer the trunk line from one user to another user without dilaing the calling party number..?

example..

Step 1 : Extn : 1000 dial the "9" (prof trunk seize)
Step 2 : Enquiry
Step 3 : Dial the required extn no 2000
Step 4 : Transfer
Step 5 : User 2000 will dial the required number

Note : It is working with Attendant services, client required form 9 series phones...!!
