DECT sets on deposited shelf not reachable from main PCX

Hi,

customer has got the problem that all DECT sets located on deposited shelf aren't reachable via extemsion nr. and node access prefix without IP-way. The node DID translation is ok, the 4020s can also be reached by this way.
The DECT sets were all new configured on deposited site. A call via long dial and from deposited site to any DECT set is also possible.
