Alcatel 4020 / Voice mail unavailable

Dear Colleagues,
We have Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise and connected Alcatel 4020 phones to it.
It sometimes happens that Alcatel 4020 shows that some mails available. But when we try to read them it tells "01 Msg Voice" => "V mail unavailable".When we log on to OmniVIsta 4760 it tells that type of voice mail type is No Voice Mail.
Do you have suggestions on how to clear Voicemail and escape from this trouble in future?

Login(Telnet) & Check the Voice Mail Directory no of Extn where the Voice Mail is working perfectly.Then Go to users(Enter the Extn no. where the problem is & give the Voice Mail Directory no on the Second Page of Extn).

It may be that the user was having the Voice Mail but it has been removed.Give the VM no & it should be ok.
