4135 external calls issue

I am trying to connect a 4135 Alcatel conference console to the OXE.
When placing calls on the PRI or T1, call is disconnected. A message is displayed on the 4135, MEDIA UNSUPPORTED. SIP trunk is G711, and No compression.
Only incoming internal calls are working. Tried to change the CODEC from G722 to G729, did not resolve the issue.
Changed the timer session from UPDATE to RE INVITE, same issue.

To solve the problem you must change parameter Ignore ISDN Cause Invalid Content to True.
