T0-QSIG "hold" service

Post by 4400 »

Hello,

I have connected an OXE (Crystal Hardware) to a call distribution hardware over a T0 QSIG link. The board which is being used in the OXE is a BPRA-2. The 1,2, and 3 layers are working but I can not execute call transfers, when I try to put on hold the call, the call distribution software shows me "hold rejected". I connected an Argus on "record mode" and I could noticed that call distribution hardware was sending a "hold packet" to OXE, who was not replying with a "hold acknowledge" packet.

I tried this link with a common hardware OXE instead of the call distribution hardware and I could do transfer calls.

Could you help me?

Thanks,

So why not just compare traces with call distribution hardware and with a common hardware OXE and find differencies?
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
