ISDN Externl Services COS

Hi,

I would like to have another external service COS like cos 19.

Is it possible to change one of the other cos to ISDN? or will this create problems.

Sure it is possible. Just find an unused trunk category and change it's type to ISDN.
As long as this category is not used in your system or network there would be no problem.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
