Intrude faciltiy

A customer has OXO RELEASE 5.1 and looking to listen in on new starters.
I know the intrude faciltiy works but it obviously cuts out the third party.
Conference facilty is a bit messy and calls cant be listened in at wim.
Is there a way you can intrude and listen in on the other two callers ?

The site also has a small oxo call centre, is there a facility that can be used there ?

About intrusion. Have you marked System Misc./ Feature design/ Part1/ Conference Intrusion? In that case intrusion would be with conference and you can hear both parties.
