grandstream phones as sip device

Hi all,

I have configured two grandstream video phones as SIP device in my OXE release 9.1, when i dial from Grandstream phone to any digital or analog set locally the call is establishing with two way communication, but when i dial from any digital set to grandstream the call establishes but without voice. wat could be the reason?

codec? are you using G711,729 etc. make sure the Sip phone can use the codec you have selected.
when you have these issues it is best to provide traces

Yes, check codecs.
When you call from grandstream to oxe, oxe can understand the codec that grandstream uses. When you call from oxe to grandstream, grandstream maybe not understand the codec that oxe uses.
