PIMphony-IP behaves as PIMphony with a physical phone

Hello.

I have create a new "Virtual Terminal > Media" in a OXO release 8.1. I have license for 4 VoIP channels, all of them reserved for extensions, and for 1 IP-PIMphony Media.

When I install the PIMphony and a configure it with the wizard, it says to me that the terminal is a "physical terminal". When I use the PIMphony, it behaves as if I had configured it with a physical phone (4039, 4029...).

I have seen that in "central services > PIMphony" it says that this a "physical terminal".

I cannot make it work. I have tried with different versions of PIMphony, with different PCs, with different releases...

Does anyone know what might the cause?

Hi

It isn't virtual terminal you must use, it is IP terminal. So you change it to PC multimedia.

With VPN it works very fine too, if you have a good VPN.
