Can I change mode from headset to hanset during calling ?

Hi ~

I testing the headset mode change during calling to someone.

when I calling to someone, then change the from headset mode to handset mode in IP touch 4038 .

Can I change the mode ?

Avaya 6408D+ phone can change mode during calling.

pls answer the question.

As far as I concern, You can not change mode headset to handset. You have to change bu one switch but for this you have to complete your call.

We have use amplifier. so agent change another brand amplifier. but she didn't change another cable.

so I change the right cable. I resolve the problem.
