Dear All,
We have a scenario where in whent the primary trunk group (Service Provider A) gets saturated/out of order, is given an overflow to a secondary trunk group (Service provider B). (Managed in Global Parameters ofthe trunk Group).
Now when ever this overflow comess into picture the DOD transmitted is the pilot number of trunk group (Serviceprovider B)
instead of the corresponding caller's DOD.
Help Desired.
Thanks,
LEO

Re: CLI not working in case of overflow.
Service provider B must allow this to work. The feature is called: cli no screening. By default TELCO's don't allow it. Talk to provider B.

Thanks for the reply tot3nkopf,
In our case we need service provider B's dod to work whenever this trunk comes into picture on overflow. We do not want service provider A's DOD as and when overflow happens.
Thanks,
LEO

Re: CLI not working in case of overflow.
Oh, sorry.
Did you configured then overflow at ARS level and two different NPD's for the two trunk groups, two different DID tables?
