Incoming Call on PRA-T2 in Expansion Rack fail

Hi,
we build an OXE with a Shelf and 2 Expansion Racks. One Trunk Group with 4 PRA-T2. 2 PRA-T2 in the first Rack, 2 PRA-T2 in th first Expansion Rack.
In the Expansion Racks a incoming Call have only a Signaling an the Phones. At off Hook the Caller hear the nomal ringing Tone and the Called Party hear nothing.
We have no Incidents or something....

Incoming call is on PRA board in main shelf or in expansion racks?
Expansion racks built with MEX or with GD board?

Hi,

There are 3 Shelfs with MEX Boards.
In the firtst Shelf is the GD and the 2+3 Shlef is connect over a HSL Link.

Shlef 1= 2 PRA-T2
Shlef 2= 2 PRA-T2
Shlef 3= no PRA-T2

In the 2 Shelf we have the Problems with the PRA-T2, analog Phones in this 2 Shelf get an External Call over the PRA-T2 in the first Shelf an hear the Caller. it ok.
Comes the Call over the PRA-T2 in the Second Shelf the Called hear nothing and the Caller hear a Rining Tone. only signaling is an the Callled Phones.

Which positions are the PRA-T2s in shelf 2 and what kind of board and which position for analog users?
Any incidents in incvisu related?
Can you also provide the trace of incoming faulty ISDN call?

Hi the PRA-T2 are in Position 6 and 7 the analog on 2,4,5
No ISDN Faults an the Pras and no incvisu and exvisus

I move the Pra-T2 from shelf 2-6-0 to 3-6-0 and its going.........
I think is a Backpanel Problem.....
