SIP Device as Twin se - remote extension - Transfer

Hi all,
I have a problem can anybody help me?
There is a SIP device.
Normaly receive a call , make a transfer to another set. It is OK.
But if this SIP device configured as a twin set (remote extension) of a desk phone, than the transfer rejected.
The SIP phone can be eg.: desk phone, Nokia C7, Softphone ...does not matter.

Hi,
I put the motortrace3 file as attachment.
The desk phone extension number is : 505 (IP Touch 4028 with two multiline keys)
The Remote Extenion number is : 548 (with two multiline keys)
The SIP Device is : B548 (the url is : 006306331439)
The caller extension number is : 508
We want to transfer the incoming call to the extension number : 504 e.g.
