Incident No 3660 Coming

I have OXE -Crystal H/W system.The Release is R8.0.1-g1.503-35-in-c0.

I am getting the incident in incvisu as follows:-

21/08/12 09:32:26 000001M|003/05/-/---|=0:3660=status of 8KFS (0 is OK, 1 is KO): 1 , value : 4 3.

Please guide what this is .
