According to:
http://www.skip2pbx.com/index.php
Discontinuation of Skip2PBX product line marketing
We are very sorry to announce all your customers which, starting from today february 24, 2012, the marketing and selling of the whole Skip2PBX product line is officially discontinued.
This hard decision has been taken following the acquisition of SkypeTM from MicrosoftTM.
This acquisition brought the inevitable consequence that the development in a Linux environment has been practically stopped; being our software is based on Linux technology, therefore it has become impossible to continue its development and improvement.
Also, SkypeTM client version for Linux available at the moment suffers from performance and stability issues, and we are able no more to fix this items, making our software a difficult and unreliable solution to use.
.................
What the best solution can be used for SKYPE & OXE interconnection? I guess we need to talk about SIP trunking supported by SKYPE (http://www.skype.com/intl/en/business/skype-connect).
I am interested in some more reliable solution for serious customer. Maybe Audiocode 800/1000 MSBG. ALU has some interworking reports with Audiocode, in the same way SKYPE declare Audiocode.

VOSKY doesn't look usefull for me , supports SKYPE v 2.x, 3.x . What about v 5.10 ???
Any news, press releases stopped at 2010.

You are correct about pretty much everything 4400.
I could add that ALU made an alliance partnership with skip2pbx and offered Skype Gateway product for ALU partners. What I do know is that skip2pbx can still sell you in an unofficial way the product and their product still works quite well. What I do like about skip2pbx is that you can also call outbound skype names through speed dial numbers from OXE. Also the routing engine is very flexible and has very good features.
Skype names cannot be dialed through SIP TG from skype which is a very big disadvantage from my point of view.
I was looking also for an official supported solution like skip2pbx but failed to find one (Vosky from routing engine flexibility perspective is far from skip2pbx).

I got confirmation from ALU that is working on validating integration to SkypeConnect via an Audiocode SBC. Tests will be completed early October.
