Hi Everyone,

anyway, i would like to know whether My IC Phone is comply with USB Camera?
have anyone try it and works?

if yes, do we have to use OPEN touch, or we could use OXE only? on which release?

Hello,
Depending if you are working with a new system (OpenTouch) or an previously installed system (OTUC).

At the end the solution it's simillar, but at this moment the service levels are different.

I've tested ICS users using USB camera when working with My Teamwork (in private network).
As I know, in OpenTouch the users have to be "OT users" (non standard) in order to use videoconferences, but I've not tested it yet.

I hope this information it's usefull for you.

Regards,

"Edit" If you were talking about the new 8082 My IC Phone, it will have an specifically developed USB camera (I've seen it working in A-L engineering department) but I don't know when it will be released.

Hi Johnson,

The Logitech C920 Camera will be added in 2013 probably, for the purpose of video communication.
