Conversation recording

Hi,

I am trying to record a conversation between calls and send the conversation to my email. I followed out step by step on what was on the menu. But if your email server is offline, you need to have external internet excess and a software key for it. I have no ideia what the keysoftware is and how to configuire external internet excess.

Can someone please give me a clue? I need this urgently!!

And what product are you using: OmniPCX Office or OmniPCX Enterprise?

It´s an omniPCX Office!

An Alcatel Engineer sent me "hmail" from microsoft to programa an internal e-mail for testing, I was not successful configuring hmail. But what I really need, is to get it working online, on a external server.
