Lost record button on agent phones

For some reason the dynamic record button on the agent sets has gone missing. Not sure what we did to make it disappear. I am having a hard time finding any documentation that talks about how to configure it.

Any help would be appreciated. CoastHills.

OmniPCX 4400 5.0 patch m
Running CCS not sure of the version off the top of my head.

Make sure a VM box is associated with the Pilot.
