OXO ACD Configuration Problem

Dear Friends,
Good day. I am having a problem with my ACD Agent application on my PC. This application is logged in as an agent and just showing me the incoming and outgoing calls activity but not giving me any option to dial out using dial by name or number and all the other fields are also seized.

The CLI is also not coming on my screen if someone calls me.

Kinldy help me if anyone know about this.

Hi , me too have problem with CLI in Aplication Agent !

I opened a SR on Alcatel, so I have answer, I reply again!
