CS-2 NO WORK after reboot

Hi;
I have detected in two diferents system the next problem:
After reboot, the cs-2 no working (nothing in serial port). The CS-2 is installed in RACK-3 position 8, I have changed the position (0,5,etc) in rack-3 and tested in other rack-3 and the problem continues, but now I try in RACK-1 position 0 and the CS-2 running.

Any idea ???
