Konftel on RBS works but not IBS

Hi

I have pinned in a konftel 300w on our enerprise. In our office we are running RBS base system. But in oure remote office we are running IBS.

the konftel konferens phone works great in our RBS system, but when we are using it in our IBS site the sound sparking and you barley hear the other person. A simens GAP phone works great at both sites.

Any idees?

I have just tried the konftel conference phone against oxo IBS. works great.

Konftel conference phone 200w is certified against alcatel 4400. But in the test they are running RBS, Not IBS.
