when i used external sip video device the video call doesn't

I have My Team Work Solution R 8.1.0b5386 works with OXE R9.1
I can make Video peer-to-peer conference

I would like to use a Ploycom QDX6000 Video confere. system, as external sIP Video device in myteam work client for video calls instead of the webcams.)

When i make video call between tow MTW client ,first one use its intergrated camera , and the seconed use external sip device: I can make conference for voice only !!!!!
but i doesn't recieve video at either towsides !

is there any setting i need to do?

I mean sure they can ask but not on blind-mode...it is like calling to a doctor and saying "I'm in pain!! Fix me!!" and no further communication...doctor will doesn't even know where to start....I just simply don't understand that user behavior...
