different disa massage

HI Friends

Can I play different disa massage for day mode and night mode for OXE pabx.

My customer using OXE R 10 pabx with Disa massage for incoming pilot number, He want to play different DISA massage for night and day mode. It possible or Impossible

Hi. DISA uses a specific voice guide of the system to reproduce the message. So you can not have different message. However, If you only need to reproduce a message use Greeting Guides (check under System-->Download Hierchary-->Greeting Guides and you need to create a prefix for each guide). If you need a message and the posibility to dial a extension, then you will need to use an automate attendant, perhaps you have licenses for IAA or 4645. Regards
