Calling OXE network number from OT user

Hi,

I cannot dial a network number created on the OXE from an OT user (MIC SIP client). I get a 'not found' sip message. I can make calls between oxe users and OT users but not to a network or routing number. Should this be possible and someone knows how to fix this ?

OT has its own dial plan
in OT ocnfig fro m 8770, locate one OXE, there you need to create range of OXe numbers that will be routed by such oxe acting as a gateway

Yeah that's correct when you install Opentouch you have to keep in mind that the OXE and the Opentouch are like two separate switches each with its own dial plan. By configuring the ranges you will overcome this issue.
