License Error

Dear Friends,

I got a problem for one of the customer place having OV4760 5.2 running with OXE R.10 .The problem is that whenever after log in i get an error message shows below

Omnivista will work in Restricted mode due to the following errors

Accounting Previse stanica 11 prekoracuje 10 license
Configuration Previse stanica11 prekoracuje 10 license

After clicking Ok I am not getting all the icons in the menu especially Reports and Accounting.

Kindly explain to solve this issue if someone knows.

You have license for 10 users in OV, and 11 accounting users declared in PBX. You exceed the license.

It's a License issue..!!

check with Actis value, Provided License for 4760, also you can check the log files: 4760\log\nmclicserver_X.log file
