4645 jammed

Hi,

I have a 4645 on a release 9.1 omnipcx enterprise common hardware which is totally jammed.

In mgr I create voicemail in extension and it is accepted - command succeded, but when I call the voicemail it tells me that mailbox does not exist.

I delete voicemail from a user which already had a mailbox but I can still call the voicemail and get into the mailbox.. it is not deleted.

I tried resetting the system but problem persisted.

I then managed to create a mailbox by changing the Voicemail COS to 2 while creating it. But then I couldn't delete it.

Any Ideas??

As you have some exceptions so the first thing to do is to check excvisu output and try to understand what causes this problem. Then delete 4645, install the latest patch for you SW version start the system and check for exception again if no exceptions appear then configure 4656 again.
