How to reinit 4635 (VPU6) system

Hi friend,
Our OXE crystal system running with 4635 (VPU6) voicemail
Now we need to change number of digits on voicemail system so i have to reinit 4635 .

Any one know how to reinit 4635 system pls share me ?

when i tried to use Mgr to create user with "Voice Mail Dir.No." , it created user mail box on 4635VM automatically
but i dont know what is initial password for user on this case. any one know this pls share me?

It should be the same as set's secret code.

i tried 0000, 2222, 5555 or extension no. . it's not correct

IF number of mailbox and extension number do not mutch; password should be set number and i confirm it s the set number ; extension nuimber for exemple 51009 so vmail box password is 51009 even correspondent vmail is diffrent
if no ,may be you have changed it in vmailboxe config or enter vmail and assign it

the extension and mailbox number are the same (03 digits) but i configured in VM "minimum password =4 digits" so extension number is not password


now i tried to change "minimum password = 3 digits" the user voicemail passwords are extension number.

of corse in your case it doesn't much
for my case( only for test )extension number is 5 digits and number of digits in vmail is 6 ,when icall the vmail box i have to add 0 at the end ,so extension number is 51009 and the correspondant vmail is 510090 but password is 51009
anyway defaul pass word is the extension number but at vamil and extension leghts shoul be equal
what about if you leave as is now and add 0 in the password to see if it work (pass= 3digit dn +0)
