NO Call accounting on SIP truck group !

Hello,
I've managed a SIP Trunk Group to a GSM gateway. It's working fine, but I've no accounting for the calls trough it. Of course when using 'accview'.
Can any body give me a hint?

Duration accounting (accounting period) used?
Managed or not Applications/ Accounting period/ Accounting period TG - for your TG - at end of calls?

Yes I use duration accounting. it works fine for all the TG except for the SIP TG !!

SIP TG with Q931 signal variant - ISDN all countries?

Thank you very match, My error is that the TG was in ABC-F, I changed it to ISDN all countries, now the accounting is working fine.

Hi kameldalcatel, i have configured OXE R9.1 and have a SIP trunk with a gateway gsm. OV4760 R5.2 installed and the Accounting for the sip trunk not work! I have other trunk isdn E1 and work fine, the Q931 signal is ISDN all Countries but not work the cost calculation for this SIP trunk.

Can you tell me if you have other specific configuration in your OV47060?

Accounting for SIP not works - what is you problem (at what stage):
- PBX generate accounting tickets for SIP TG (check with "accview" command);
- 4760 retrieve tickets from PBX (in accounting, when you select some user - usually you can see last 10 records - check tickets for SIP TG present):
- in 4760 you can generate report - SIP TG calls present?
- in reprot you want to see cost - cost not calculated?

For SIP TG is important - Q931 signal variant (ABC-F or ISDN), and how programmed external calls (ARS, or just via routing number prefix).

Hi vad, I solved the problem in the customer.

I have a SIP trunk with Q931 set on ISDN all countries and for the outgoing calls i use ARS prefix.

Now, my problem with the Accounting tickets is that in the oxe in the option for "Numbering Command Table" "the carrier refenrence" is was set to "1" as the number asigned for the "Numbering Command Table"(my error), I changed to "0" and the cost calculation of the 4760 works correctly.
