alarm mail in omnivista

Dear all,
I have a problem with alarm mail sending. In omnivista, i filled mail server and mail sender in <Omnivista server name> and configured receipt mail in alarm filter. But it isn't success. Where to fill mail sender and mail sender password on omnivista to register and send alarm mail as description below:

SMTP server name:
User name: (mail sender: aluni@jsd.com).
Password: (password of mail sender).
....

Pls help me this issue. Thanks.

Thanks for your info. But my customer has created alarm mail account for Omnivista (eg: omnivista-server@gmail.com, Passwd: **********). He want to use this mail address to send alarms to his email from omnivista server.
I refered TC email sending in 4760 CD, Alarm log,.. but alarm mail still fail. Pls help me this issue.

Omnivista does not support smtp authentication in the earlier releases (do not know if smth changed in new releases).
You can use as workaround smtp relay in an open source mail server installed on local machine (like Mercury).
