testing services

Hi, I am testing some equipment (SR12,SR7,ESS7) trough my remote access. I've configured some basic steps (ospf, mpls, ldp, sdp-s, epipe, sap-s). Looks like working but no traffic is present for particular service which is obvious as there are no physical connections to clients but my question is if i can anyway test the services(configuration) without those connections to CE-s?

If you have a VPLS and hosts connected and you want to verify they are there, e.g. you have no out of band access to them, then you can also use oam cpe-ping which is pretty fancy.

Lots of good oam available on SROS, ldp and lsp commands. 'oam ?' is your friend but you've prob already done that
