Hello to all, i have a bit of a problem with these two systems.
In one side, we have an Oxe (release 10.0) with 4 digits extensions that connects to the remote side through a sip trunk with a Samsung pbx that handles 3 digit extensions.
Here we have 2 scenarios:
1: an external caller wants to call to 4xxx in the Oxe side, the call goes to the receptionist and is transferred to the correspondant extension. Then, 4xxx wants to transfer the external caller to 3yyy in the Samsung side. The transfer is made but there is no audio until 3yyy press the transfer button twice.
2: an internal caller wants to call to 4xxx in the Oxe side, the call goes to the receptionist and is transferred to the correspondat extension. Then, 4xxx answer but there is no audio until 3yyy in the Samsung side press the transfer button twice.
As you can see, it's not quite a problem but the users want to know what's going on.
Any help would be much apreciatted.

Re: Sip trunk between Oxe and Samsung.
Sorry, but i couldn't get enough information about this problem until now.
This is the configuration of the ext gw that connects to the samsung pbx:

Traces in the attachment.
The trace consist in a call made to an oxe entension (digital phone), and then transferred to a samsung extension (digital phone).
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
