Hello, did you have any success with that SR??? I have the same problem with customer. He doesn't want to hear those voice guides telling you: "Please hold" after you make a choice in a menu. Did anyone find any solution to this??? Thanks very much.
My SR was refused, I was told that from eRequest that it is not possible to change.
