Announcement Beep

Hi crew,
Does anyone know which tone or timer is used for the Beep when someone is using the Announcement (mastered conf type) feature?

Basically, I got a customer saying that the 'beep' is too quiet so the person who wants to make the announcement does not know or is not sure when to start to speak.

Also, is there like a 'splash tone' that goes out to all the recipient sets in the announcement list, so they know someone is about to make an announcement?
