hello every1

as you've probably gathered, i've been lumbered with the task of looking after our telephone system and omnivista, and was wondering if anyone has a user/administration manual for it

i've not found any resources yet that have been helpful - another chap uploaded section one of a guide that looks like what im after!

any help or tips would be great, esp. with telnet commands!!

I'm afraid there isn't really a starters guide. I figured out most of the things with trial and error.

I know there is an application documentation which the provider of the software can deliver, but not always want to. I would post it over here, but it's 450Mb of size.

I wil have a look if i find some telnet commands.
