Open SIP Phone Issue

Hello everyone,

I installed OXO, release 900/033.002. We have a vpn server configured (pptp), I can authenticate the vpn through my android device and connect to the pabx by using the softphone BRIA, the problem in question occurs when I make a call to an Iphone that also uses the softphone BRIA, the call does not transmit voice. I checked the vpn and everything is ok, there is no blocking or firewall on the internal network. Detail: the voice transmission occurs succesfully when the devices are connected to the pabx through the internal network. Any of you have any idea what may be happening?

Does your VPN support RTP traffic? Or maybe it is too poor...
You must do a SIP traffic capture and analyze SIP messages. Wireshark is a nice tool

Would have been much much better if you posted on OXO forum under SIP...not OXE HW and a question that has nothing to do

sorry about that, really. thank you man but i will not open a new thread because i already solved the problem. there was a nat rule missing on the firewall. I used wireshark to get the used ports during a communication android>iphone and set them in a rule. actually i don't know if it was the real problem. anyway. all is working fine now.
