Good afternoon,

I have a question for you, first at all, i have an OXO R8.2, with ISDN-T2 with T2 external lines. I've configured the DDI (in spanish) or DID (in english): direct internal dialing/discado directo interno, and it works perfect, but when i make a call from one extension to a external number.. for example: My line is 688-6000, for example i make a call from the internal "6711" (that has the DID=711) the person that recieves the call sees "688-6000" when it has to appear "688-6711" What may be the problem? Cause' if I call from my phone to "688-6711" the call goes directly to the extension "6711". PLEAASE if you know how, help mee!

Debes de poner el ddi con el clip a dicha ext ,para que esta enseñe su numero y no el cabezera. Entras en parametros/varios:y donde pone clip;debes de poner el ddi de la ext,saludos.
